Brooks 20th Paddock Wood 1/2 Marathon

Sunday 5th April 2009 - Start in Eldon Way at 11.00

   Our main Charity this year is the Kent Air Ambulance 

A fast accurate course on roads through the hop fields and orchards of Kent

Ideal as a warm-up for the 2009 Flora London Marathon

Kent's largest half marathon with excellent facilities including ample parking

Supervised baggage store, refreshments, physiotherapist, results on internet immediately after event

Full first aid cover

The start and finish area is only 10 minute walk from the Paddock Wood mainline railway station

Regularly voted amongst the best races in Runners World Top 100

If we have your mobile phone number you’ll receive your result by text message after the race

Mementos (slate coaster & medal) to all finishers. A programme will also be included in the entry fee

Joe Cartwright Fun Run 

Sunday 5th April 2009 - Start in Eldon Way at 10.00

A flat, traffic-free course of approximately 2 Kms starting at 10:00 am

Ideal as a warm-up for the main race (subject to payment of entry fee)

This is purely a fun-run, it is not timed and no results are published

 There will be a clock at the finish line

No upper or lower age limits but entrants must be able to complete the run by 10:30 am to allow the half marathon entrants to assemble.
