The current age gradings for all qualifying races reported to the Website are as the attached document.
9 members have already completed 4 out of the 5 required distances for the Pentathon Cup competition and some members will complete their 5th event at the London Marathon later this month.
All members have until 31st August to complete the required 5 events for the competition and qualify for a club certificate.
