Kent Cross Country Championships – Report – 7th Januaray 2017

The previous day it was the Kent X/Country Championships at Brands Hatch. Once again, there were some good results for our senior ladies. Maria Heslop was 3rd home in the Senior ladies race (31.35) , Tina Oldershaw came 10th (33.56). She was closely followed by Clare Day (34.00). Elise Rendall was 33rd (36.38). The ladies claimed the 3rd team prize, 3 to score. In the other age categories, U17 Charles George was 30th in his race (24.36) with Aaron Rowland 38th (26.04). In the U15 boys, Spencer Elphick came 43rd (18.22). Henry Smith ran in the U13 boys finishing 82nd (16.17) and the only junior girl U13 Katie Smith came 57th (16.07).
