The senior women were a brilliant third behind Invicta East Kent and Tonbridge AC and are currently sixth overall. Maria Heslop is sixth individual and first W45; Claire Day is tenth overall and Sue James is first W55+ master.
In the under-13 boys Toby Emm is seventh overall. Conditions at Somerhill School were perfect for cross-country and the course was challenging but on a super surface with very little mud.
The next races are at Sparrows Den, West Wickham on Saturday, November 8 (not Senior Men) and Saturday, November 29 (not Senior Women). The final for Senior Men and Women is on Saturday, February 7.
