The 2nd Kent Young Athletes’ League meeting was held at Erith. The team is a joint one with Folkestone. In the U/13 boys’ section Toby Emm had a good win the 800m in a Grade 4 time (2m 31.2s). Toby also tried the Long Jump for the first time jumping 3.41m. Toby West came 4th in the A string with 3.51m. Toby also ran a PB in the 200m (35.0s). U/15 Charlie Cox came 4th in his Long Jump 3.28m and ran the 800m (2m 49.9s). In the U/15 girls Eloise Winton ran a PB in the 200m (37.4s) and ran (15.7s) in the 100m. Victoria Farish jumped an excellent Long Jump 3.74m and ran a PB in the 200m (32.5s). Hannah Stanley also claimed a PB in the 800m (2m 42.3s).
