Sunday 14th January saw 6 of the clubs juniors travel to Isle of Thanet to run the junior race at the Minnis Bay KFL fixture. The juniors ran just over 2 miles in what for Minnis Bay was extremely good conditions, sunny and not to windy.
In the boys U/11 race first home once again was John Jance going one better than the week before in 4th place. John was once again followed by his brother in 8th place. Oliver Markham made the best of the conditions to come home 11th closely followed by Ray Gigney 13th and Dylan Holmes who looked far happier than the previous week in 14th place. Once again the clubs only female junior runner was Jess Rayner in the girls U/14 race, Jess came home in a very impressive 2nd place this week.
Once again some fine efforts and all appeared to have fun on the beach while the adults ran.
