A big thank you to the 16 runners who turned out at Meopham today, the 5th race of the season.
It was a lovely if somewhat chilly morning at Nurstead Court and the race was run over what can be described as a true cross country course, with a water obstacle that the runners had to tackle twice.
Harry Young who was our only junior member running today (doing 1 complete lap of the seniors course) had another good race.
Colin Tricker kept up his fine form finishing in 4th place.
Sarah Shepherd ,Emma Hollands, Martin Taylor, Pete Buckingham and Nick Brown all put in good performances once again, with non of our runners showing no side affects from over indulging over the Christmas festivities.
PWAC in 8th place overall.

The next race in the series is on the January 18th at Minnis Bay, Birchington, Thanet.
This will be race number 6 of the 7 KFL race series, please remember those in contention for an individual age category prize have to finish 5 races.
