John Tilston took part in the London to Cardiff 24 hour relay over the weekend of 31 May – 1 June, running for team “Broad Minds”, 11 runners completing the challenge in 23 hours 54 minutes coming 8th out of 21 teams.
John totalled 22.7 miles of running and 19.3 miles of cycling whilst supporting other team members.
