Paddock Wood AC held their club Championships on August Bank Holiday Monday in conjunction with the Tonbridge Open meeting. It was terrible day weather wise with a fine drizzle and torrential rain, with the occasional dry period. This unfortunately kept people away. It was the smallest turn out for the club champs in history.

Mick Duffin was the only official from the club and had no opportunity to compete as he was Technical Manager and soaking wet all day!
