Last Tuesday 19 PWAC Athletes run the first 1 mile time trial of 2016, in some pretty awful weather conditions.
Remarkably 10 runners achieved a Gold Standard.
First man home on the evening was Charles George with Claire Day the first lady. Charles and Claire also hadthe best Age Graded scores (M&F) on the evening.
A great effort from every one and thank you all for turning up and taking part.
